The driving force behind the Hatters initiative is Stella Collelouri, a well-known personality in Fife food circles. Stella works with many different venues and organisations including St Andrews University, Kinross House and The Slow Food Movement. She gets to work in some of the most beautiful areas of Scotland, combining her love of local produce and great food.
